Often it starts with an idea. An idea from the customer. Maybe it’s to streamline a process or to provide greater information about an existing process or to evaluate a new process.
Many of our projects are from customers who we have known for years and who return to us to help them develop a new idea.
In the first instance we will have a no obligation and no fee meeting. Either on the ‘phone or in person if possible. We like to see the business, the people and the circumstances. Then we discuss informally what we will need from the customer in order to formulate a costing. Up to this point there is no fee charged by us.
